For items returned without a receipt, DiscoveryStore.com only offers an exchange or store credit at the current selling price. The following rules also apply to all returns and exchanges:

Gift cards and certificates cannot be refunded.
All telescope returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, unused and in the original packaging for a refund or exchange.
Auction items may not be returned to Discovery Channel Retail Stores.
Monogrammed and personalized gifts may not be returned.
